Redefine Meat's mission statement says it all:
GREAT NEW-MEAT,
WITHOUT COMPROMISE.
We believe that the world deserves a new-meat, a plant-based meat, that’s not only good for the environment but is also kind to animals. With its taste, texture, and aroma, Redefine Meat’s new-meat delivers an uncompromising and extraordinary culinary experience.
The usual questions come to mind: what do you compare the ecological impact to? Regenerative or industrial farming? Is the CO2 / Methane problem real? Or is this all a way to increase totalitarian control and sell greenwashing technologies?
I bet this will go down like Beyond Meat quite soon.
